KEIRY ZALDÍVAR MARÍN
Keiry joined GM Attorneys at Law in 2019, where she currently holds the position of an intern.
Throughout his career, he has focused his practice on everything related to the registration of distinctive signs and copyright, including preparatory stages such as consulting and strategy, as well as surveillance and maintenance. On the other hand, he has participated in the preparation of defense briefs against trades issued by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and the National Institute of Copyright during formal and substantive examinations in the trademark registration process.
She has participated in industrial property protection actions, such as physical and digital investigations; Cease & Desist letters; trademark opposition procedures; and contentious-administrative procedures for trademark infringement and expiration
