ANDREA SALUM MORENO
Andrea joined GM Attorneys at Law in 2021, where she currently holds the position of intern.
Throughout her career, she has focused her practice on everything related to the registration of distinctive signs and copyright, including preparatory stages such as consulting and strategy, as well as subsequent stages related to surveillance and maintenance. Likewise, she has participated in the preparation of defense briefs against official letters issued by the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property during formal and substantive examinations in the process of trademark registrations.
Likewise, it has been involved in industrial property protection actions, such as physical and digital investigations; Cease & Desist cards; trademark opposition procedures; and contentious-administrative procedures for infringement and trademark expiration.
She has collaborated with articles and publications in the University of her.
