Claudia joined GM Attorneys at Law in 2022, where she currently holds the position of paralegal for all matters related to trademarks and distinctive signs, both in Mexico and abroad through correspondents.

Within its activities, it carries out the preparation and filing of national trademark registration applications, prepares reports and follows up on the publication of applications and the corresponding opposition periods, carries out the report on concessions and registrations, and incorporates these into the Firm’s maintenance and surveillance system.
