Valeria has been a lawyer for GM Attorneys at Law since 2019, with experience in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights of leading companies in a variety of industries, such as entertainment, education, hospitality, food and beverage, liquor, among others. .

Throughout her career at the firm, she has carried out innumerable strategies for the protection of trademarks and copyrights, including contracts for the transmission of rights, licensing, franchising, protection of industrial secrets. Likewise, she has worked on various matters related to patents, industrial models and plant varieties.

To date, he co-directs the litigation and contentious area of ​​the Firm, where he has actively participated in important litigation for the defense and protection of trademarks and copyrights, including contentious trials before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and amparo trials. before District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts.

Likewise, it also carries out advice, consultancy and strategy in various contractual models in which intellectual property plays a predominant role, such as NDAs, Joint Ventures, Participation Association Contracts, Service Provision Contracts, among many others.

His practice also includes projects in regulatory and health matters.
