GIANMERCOMUZZI DÁVILA
Gianmarco joined GM Attorneys at Law in 2022, where he currently holds the position of an intern.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in different practice areas related to Criminal Law and Criminal Liability of legal entities. Since he joined the Firm, he has focused on everything related to the registration of distinctive signs and rights of author; registration, maintenance and protection of these.
Currently, he has focused on industrial property protection actions, such as physical and digital investigations; trademark opposition procedures; “Cease & Desist” letters; and contentious-administrative procedures for trademark infringement, expiration and nullity.
He has collaborated and competed in the Model United Nations in Washington, D.C.; participated in the preparation of articles and publications for newspapers and social networks at his University
