Claudio has more than 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law, particularly in the area of litigation, covering aspects related to copyrights and trademarks, with wide knowledge in cancellation and infringement proceedings, as well as different enforcement mechanisms such as the elaboration of Cease & Desist letters, provisional measures, settlement meetings and diverse negotiations, both at the Mexican Trademark Office and the Mexican Copyright Office. 

In his practice, Claudio has coordinated teams investigating infringements of intellectual property rights and combating products at borders, which involves from the elaboration of strategies to the development of successful campaigns for the defense of intellectual property rights.

Since 2013 his practice has developed especially in administrative proceedings related to the defense of intellectual property rights, as well as appealing and constitutional remedies before administrative and judicial instances.
